Antler Season in Wyoming

In winter elk, deer and moose shed their antlers, and when the snow melts in spring, humans descend across their winder feeding grounds land look for the sheds. This a collection of images from the Jackson hole area: the annual Boy Scout Shed Hunt on the National Elk Refuge,  opening day of the hunt for everyone else, volunteers getting antlers ready for auction and Elk Fest, an event in the town square featuring an auction.
